Rip Tide takes great joy in their music performance.  Their genre is solely based on the musicians passion of yesterdays 70's & 80's Southern Rock music and keeping it alive. To name some of the artist of song choice, Molly Hatchet; Lynyrd Skynrd; Marshall Tucker Band & Fleetwood Mac.  Most all of our music that is performed, are from live cuts of a song and songs that were popular but doesn't get a lot of play (air) time today. In addition to Southern Rock, we have added some hard hitting Country. Also, Rip Tide Band plays in the mix "New Equivalent, Rising" Southern Rock artist of today, such as Blackberry Smoke & Preacher Stone, that has the same musical punch and  audience cheering with applause, asking for more!
